These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between
Famau View Farm (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the person making the booking (“you”, “the guest”). By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
Famau View Farm is a privately owned holiday home located in North Wales and managed by the property owner,
Paul Bebb.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are made directly through our website’s contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Once your requested dates are confirmed, payment details and deposit arrangements will be discussed directly with Paul. No payments are processed on this website. All financial transactions and booking confirmations are handled securely and directly with the owner.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
As all bookings are handled directly with the owner, cancellation and refund policies will be confirmed at the time of booking. Guests should ensure they understand and agree to these terms before making payment.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed in your booking correspondence. Please contact the owner if you require flexibility - we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Treat the property and its contents with care and respect.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
- Supervise children and pets at all times.
- Follow any on-site safety or usage instructions provided by the owner.
We reserve the right to charge for significant damage or extra cleaning required due to misuse or negligence.
6. Pets
Famau View Farm is dog-friendly. Please inform the owner at the time of booking if you plan to bring pets. Owners are responsible for their pets’ behaviour and must clean up after them.
7. Liability
Famau View Farm and its owner cannot accept responsibility for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Injuries sustained during your stay, unless caused by our negligence.
- Disruptions beyond our control (e.g. weather, power cuts, local events).
Guests should ensure they have suitable travel insurance.
8. Website Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, small details such as décor, furnishings, or amenities may change over time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
