The Barn

Step inside this characterful barn conversion, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. The vaulted lounge, exposed beams, and stone features make every space feel special.Perfect for families, friends, and group getaways.

Living Room

To the ground floor is a striking galleried and vaulted ceiling lounge with sumptuous seating around the television. The glazed porch offers the perfect view out to the stunning landscapes that surround this idyllic spot.

Dining Room

Steps down from the living room is a dining area, with a large dining table perfect for hosting. The space is ideal for family meals or relaxed dinners with friends, with plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy good food and conversation.

Kitchen

From the dining area, you’ll find a generous-sized kitchen with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With a breakfast bar, modern appliances, and plenty of workspace, it’s fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners.

Snug

At the opposite end of the living room, a cosy snug and games area offers the perfect spot to unwind. Featuring a pool table and a selection of board games, it’s a great space for family fun or relaxed evenings in after a day exploring.

Bedrooms

Attached to the principal barn, with a private entrance if needed, is a spacious studio room with a king bed, two single sofa beds, a kitchenette, and an en-suite. In the main barn; to the first floor, you’ll find one double and one king bedroom. At the opposite end of the barn, a third double bedroom.

Guidelines and details for a smooth stay

Dogs

Dogs are welcome to stay for £30 per dog, per stay. Two dog baskets are provided for your convenience. Please ensure dogs remain on the ground floor and are not allowed on furniture.

Extra Bedding

If you have booked for 8 guests or fewer and wish to use one of the single futons in the annexe studio room, an additional bedding charge of £20 per futon will apply.

Children

Children are very welcome to stay in existing beds. A travel cot can be provided on request. Please note that stair gates are not available.

Check-in: After 16:00

Timings may be flexible upon request.

Luggage Drop off

Luggage drop-off allowed for guests' convenience when they are arriving early or departing late.

Damage Policy

A damage deposit may be applied to bookings, fully refundable following a satisfactory check-out inspection.
